Blue Mistress is due for relaunch this morning – complete with a new teak rubbing strake.

I have oiled the new wood rather than varnished it. This now contrasts with the original mahogany toe rails which have been varnished over the years and will need attention within the year. I will sand them and oil them too. (They are further down the long list).
